FUGLY and GSW Racing is a combination of basically "TWO Families"; the Bentley's and the Wall's. Dave Bentley, Sr. has been Racing at Bridgeport Speedway for over 20 years, racing almost anything, from Street Stocks, Enduros, Derby's, and most recently 4-cylinders. Most recently Dave Bentley, Sr. was 2002 1/4 Division Champion in the 4-cylinder on the 1/4 mile track at Bridgeport, his 1st championship in over 20 years. Along with the FUGLY tradition, GSW has climbed along with FUGLY and have come together to dominate the class in 2003, with a total of 5 drivers together in the same garage. GSW Racing began in the winter of 1998 with the purchase of a Dwarf Car. Gary Walls and his son, Gary S. Walls, went over the car that winter and put it together for the 1999 Racing Season. Father and Son traded off driving every other week in the beginning, but in time Gary S. Walls became the main driver. Racing has brought our family very close in the past few years and has allowed us to make many great friends. Most recently, Jeff Walls brought home the 2004 Championship. That mean's our team has brought home 2 of the last 3 championships in the last 3 years. Not to bad. We would like to thank everyone who has helped us grow, and hope that you enjoy our page.
